Dan Steinberg had this post which comes to light after releasing Malcolm Kelly, very iinteresting, and while I knew it, I didn't knwo the extent of it:

Well, I do feel vindicated for saying the 2008 draft was the worst one we ever had - evenb though ALL 12 PLAYERS made the team!  That's when I began to know we were in trouble...It does look like Fred davis is going to be a stud, but he's the only one.  Even Chris Horton looks to be a flash in the pan...he is on the bubble and could get cut...like these other bums:

malcom kelly - bust
durrant brooks - bust
colt brennan - bust
devin thomas - bust

Yup, and given Cooley's on-going "status", I think we all need to expect a healthy dose of Fred Davis right out the gates.
